Pin task to Dashboard. In this way you can mark important tasks that requires your attention and also see them on project Dashboard 'Pinned tasks' panel.
Un-pin task from Dashboard. When a task no longer requires your attention you can un-pin it from project Dashboard (this will remove task from 'Pinned tasks' panel and the task will no longer be marked in The List).
When you mark a person as an insider this means that that person will have rights to modify(add/ edit /delete /reorder) entities(tasks/ milestones) from project he is added like an insider. However he will not have the owner rights (he could not be able to make any decision that involves project for whom he is added (like add/ edit project).
